What is Tao Tantric Healing?
- Tao Tantric healing is a fusion of traditions, Tantra from India and Tao from China
- ‘Tantra’ is Sanskrit for ‘expansion’ and ‘weaving’ – of the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of ourselves – also ‘sacred text’
- in Tantra, the goal of pleasure, when present, is always subordinated to the goal of final spiritual liberation . . .
- ‘Tao’ means ‘God’s creation, nature, universal essence and its manifestation, the Way – (life’s path and its practice)
- Tao practices are designed to promote health, harmony, longevity, and the development of the immortal soul

How is tao tantric healing different to regular massage?
- Emotional and Physical Detox Release
- Our bodies are like an onion, with lawyers of emotional and physical trauma stored in the cells. Medication, addictions (e.g. alcohol, smoking, gambling) can assist in the short-term, however they also increase numbness, dissociation from the body and increased toxicity. Tao Tantric healing involves processing and release of cellular memories through loving touch to revitalise and clears stuck energy, negative emotions, toxins and blocked trauma from the cells of our body.
- Chest, Abdominal and Prostate Massage
- Stress in life often manifests in the body, particularly in the internal organs, abdomen and prostate, and can cause disease, discomfort and dysfunction. Regular massage pays little attention to chest, breasts in women, internal organs and groin area where toxins accumulate.
- Sacred Spot (Prostate) massage performed with sensitivity is deeply healing as this is the place which holds the most tension.

People in whom dharma (consciousness) is elevated are alive, aware, creative, intuitive…They possess a lively and keen intelligence; deep, calm feeling; intuitive perception; the desire to enrich the world of which they live; a joyful, humorous, and warm embrace of life; and a continuous awareness of the Spirit within and without. To express dharma therefore, is to fully express our highest potential.
